So what is trance and Hypnotherapy? Well trance is the changed state in which hypnosis happens and there are many differing types of trance you go into each day of your life. For example: watching the numbers in a lift go down then when the doors open asking what floor it is, Day dreaming about different things, you drive to work and then cannot remember anything of the trip, watching Television you know how you cant speak to anyone watching the TV and they cannot hear you. So Hypnosis feels like, precisely the same as when you have your eyes closed! Its that easy.
