A healthy person should not use this affirmation because the affirmation has the presupposition built into it that they are not healthy. So, a healthy person can accidentally convince their unconscious mind that they are sick if they continue to repeat an affirmation that they are ‘now becoming healthy’. Otherwise, there would be no need for them to spend time and energy convincing themselves that they are becoming healthy.
