Accessing Akashic Records By Using Hypnosis And Meditation

by Paul Robertson on June 11, 2011

As a beginning point with finding out about accessing akashic records it is to start with a good idea to learn just what these are and where they reside. Many people do not know anything about or believe in the akashic records, so developing an understanding is truly important.

In the ancient language known as Sanskrit the term akasha means space. We all know what records are so when the two are combined it essentially means you are looking at a wealth of understanding somewhere in a location not known to anyone. Another description of this is an infinitely large data storage located beyond the boundary of our physical universe.

The records are based on five principles, earth, wind, water, air, and fire. The five principles can also stand for the five human senses of sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch. Transcription of material within the akashic field, together with access to the records, are guided by the five key elements.

The akashic realms are a non-physical realm that stands beyond our physical universe. The akashic plane is a depositary for each soul’s journey and experiences. Every conceivable piece of material is held there, from the past, present and future. The akashic plane has been described, amongst other things, as the Cosmic Mind or Universal Mind.

In essence, one can get access to this material via the subconscious mind, using meditation or dream techniques. Many people used to incorrectly believe that the records had to be read by people with a reputation for psychic abilities. Fortunately this is wrong and anyone can retrieve their own records if they have a drive to do so.

We all tend to hide our best material deep inside our subconscious minds, but as stated before we can use any number of hypnotic or meditation methods to recall it. The key to successfully accessing the information is to have a clear mind and be relaxed.

You may think the akasha is not real or there is no way all this material can be stored somewhere. But don’t get taken in by them, just continue with your research and training and don’t take any notice. Our brains are like computers, they accumulate it and save material just like a computer does. The only difference is that much of our information is stored in akasha and not on a computer chip or in our physical brains. It can be stored and retrieved at a later moment in time just like the information on the chip.
